BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER – Property Management

Location : Eastbourne, BN21

Salary : £32k (Based on experience and qualification)

Position : Permanent – Full Time

A highly regarded Independent Property Management company based in East Sussex are seeking an experienced Block Property Manager to join their expanding team based in Eastbourne.

This role involves managing all aspects of the portfolio of developments across the East Sussex / Eastbourne area.

As a Block Property Manager , you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day to day management of each property, which includes but not limited to maintenance coordination, Section 20’s, insurance claims, leases, inspections, AGM’s and meetings with Management Committee members.

You will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritise, have outstanding customer service skills; you will have a positive and mature outlook and take pride in your work.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a Block Manager although the company might consider a candidate from a Property Management background if they have some experience in Block Management and the ability to hit the ground running!
