Rehabilitation Support Worker - £1000 Welcome Bonus (Subject to T&C) LOCATION : Broadbridge Heath / Horsham / Slinfold SALARY : A competitive rate of up to £13 per hour plus £1 location allowance HOURS : Part time and full time work available. Shifts are on a rotational basis - This is a 4 week rolling which includes weekend hours. Shift times are 7 : 45am-2 : 45pm and 2 : 45pm-9 : 45pm Kerwin Court delivers specialist neuro rehabilitation to adults with an acquired brain injury in a community setting just outside of Broadbridge Heath. You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists. We are a passionate and committed team, delivering a high standard of care and rehabilitation. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers and Clinical Team thrive on working together to enable our service users to be as independent as possible and achieve their rehabilitation goals. We will train you to provide personalised support to our adult residents. You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills : personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising – the daily routine of regular life.
