About the Job : Let’s Play is seeking an experienced and motivated leader with leadership experience to oversee and manage 6 of our 12 sites in the South East region. The role involves ensuring site leaders and staff maintain safety, lead activities, and deliver a high-standard programme catering to children aged 5-12 of mixed abilities. The daily activities include Multi-Sports, Performing Arts / Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building, and Arts & Crafts.

Essential Requirements :

  • Interest and passion for working with primary-aged children
  • Experience at children’s holiday camps or childcare settings
  • Willingness to develop skills and practice
  • Punctuality, reliability, and commitment
  • Experience delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact well with staff, parents, and children

Preferred Requirements :

  • UK driver’s license
  • Experience or willingness to deliver activities like Arts & Crafts, Multi-Sports
  • Relevant qualifications from Sixth Form, College, or University
  • Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Manage and motivate your team to deliver high-quality programmes
  • Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and directors
  • Ensure sessions are challenging, fun, and suitable for children
  • Create a positive learning environment
  • Deliver programmes to a high standard, following our philosophy of Fun, Inclusive, and Educational
  • Understand and meet the individual needs of staff and children
  • Handle first aid / emergency situations
  • Liaise with parents and carers effectively
  • Deliver sessions with creativity and passion
