Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Director Sales at Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts located at the Slieve Donard in Newcastle and the Marine & Lawn Portrush Adelphi. The Hotel Director Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies and supporting the Sales Managers.

Experience

• Sales and Marketing Manager / Director within a hotel
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities
• Ideally have local experience working within Northern Ireland
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
