The successful Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for :

• Driving process improvements and waste reduction within the structural steel manufacturing environment.
• Leading projects involving new equipment, facilities, and safety enhancements.
• Researching and implementing innovative technologies and systems to optimise production.
• Embedding lean manufacturing principles across the production teams and wider business.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolving issues using structured problem-solving techniques, such as 5 Whys, 3Cs, and A3 methodologies.
• Coaching and mentoring production teams to adopt and maintain continuous improvement practices.
