Senior Manager, Reward & Recognition

Are you passionate about building world-class reward strategies that truly recognize and motivate people? We're looking for a Senior Manager, Reward & Recognition to shape and lead our client's total rewards approach – from compensation and benefits to recognition programs that celebrate what matters most.

What You'll Do :

Lead the design & delivery of competitive reward and recognition strategies
Manage salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, and annual compensation cycles
Develop and enhance recognition programs that drive culture and performance
Partner with senior leaders to align rewards with business goals
Stay ahead of market trends and ensure compliance across all reward programs

What You'll Bring :

Proven experience in a reward leadership role

Strong knowledge of comp & benefits strategy, market data, and job evaluation

Analytical mindset with great communication and stakeholder skills
