About the role :

Based in Greater London (Hybrid) :

Review, support and management of : Housing Regeneration, Enabling and Development (leading the council’s housing development and regeneration programmes)The Refugee Resettlement TeamHousing Strategy and Commissioning, including leading the relationship with the council’s housing ALMO.Encompass LATC - responsible for the councils’ homelessness functions; and the Council's property development company

About you :

You will have the following experiences :

Highly experienced Local Authority Housing Management

Demonstrable experience in leading transformational projects or programmes

In-depth understanding of housing policies, regulations, and best practices within the UK context, including knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Housing Act and planning regulations.

Track record of successfully managing budgets, resources, and delivering results within set timelines.

What’s on offer :

Salary : £600 per day, Inside IR35

negotiable based on experience
