Job description

The Role

As a Rural Surveyor , you will provide management and consultancy services to rural clients, focusing on valuations and strategic advice.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver day-to-day professional advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Support senior team members with high-value property valuations.
  • Act as the primary contact for several existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other specialist teams to develop new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, professional, and corporate standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for pitches.
  • Opportunity to specialise in rural planning, estate management, or valuation.

Requirements :

  • Previously worked as a Rural Surveyor or in a similar role.
  • Experience in rural practice through work experience or placements.
  • Newly qualified surveyor with RICS qualification.
  • Ideally be progressing towards or close to completing APC.
  • Knowledge of the Welsh language would be beneficial.
  • Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining it.
