- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
- Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
- Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.
- Ensure products meet high-quality standards.
