Excellent opportunity for Civil or Structural Engineer with a team based in Enniskillen delivering Engineering Projects around Ireland. The role will involve leading the development, design and construction of new and refurbishment projects associated with the inland navigable waterway system. Will be required to liaise with contractors and consultants and deal with any matter as requested by Senior Management and the Chief Executive. Role is Hybrid with Pension. Must have a valid clean drivers license with access to form of transport with permit to travel throughout Ireland if required. Key activities include : Civil and Structural design, dealing with environmental issues, ensuring health and safety compliance of projects, People and stakeholder management, and demonstrate understanding of the construction procurement process through design, tendering and construction. Essential Criteria

• Possess knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in the field of Civil / Structural engineering.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the construction procurement process through design, tendering and construction.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of health, safety and welfare issues associated with the design, construction and life of projects.
• Be computer literate and possess competence in the use of Microsoft Office, Autocad and IT based surveying equipment.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
