Assembly Operative - Sheet Metal

Our Uxbridge based client is a genuine world leader in their field, designing and manufacturing extremely complex engineered solutions which are used throughout the world. Due to continued expansion and a full order book, they are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals to increase site output.

• They are seeking manufacturing professionals for their build and assembly shop and are interested in speaking to engineers and technicians with the following;

Can read engineering drawings and follow with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Have skills in at least one of the following,

Riveting and sheet meal assembly.

Pipework / Pipe bending, using semi-automated machinery.

Vacuum forming.

Brazing.

Use of hand tools and inspection equipment used in manufacturing.

You will be working in a fast paced, collaborative environment where communication is key to be successful. You will have a sound understanding of engineering and manufacturing, knowing the principles and how to apply them in a production environment.

Qualifications :

An apprenticeship is a bonus, however qualified by experience candidates are equally as welcome to apply.

The Package :

Our client will pay a salary of up to £25,000 + an excellent benefits package including 9% pension
