Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a On Board Standards Team Leader for Trans Pennine Express (TPE) at Carlisle & Glasgow .

Pay Rate : £15.04 per hour.

Hours : Full Time.

Shifts : Rotational shifts between 6am and 10 : 30pm, including weekends.

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

AS A ONBOARD STANDARDS TEAM LEADER, YOU’LL :

  • Support the Onboard Standards Manager by coaching the On Board Team to deliver high customer service levels and meet sales targets.
  • Support staff engagement through effective people management.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Liaise with peers within Rail Gourmet.
