Ballys Corporation is a global casinoentertainment company with a growing omnichannel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. With 10600 employees the Companys casino operations include approximately 15300 slot machines 580 table games and 3800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago IL and a landbased casino near the Nittany Mall in State College PA Ballys will own and / or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Well what about the team

Ballys Croupiers are the frontline ambassadors of the casino responsible for delivering an exceptional gaming experience to our valued customers. They are empowered to service the operation of the live gaming floor at our sites ensuring that Ballys core service values are demonstrated in every interaction.

Crucially our Croupiers are also responsible for maintaining game efficiency integrity and consistency. They must be skilled in the technical aspects of operating gaming tables while also ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in accordance with established protocols. As a Croupier you will play a vital role in creating an exciting and memorable experience for our customers and their dedication and expertise are essential to the success and reputation of our casino operations.

This role is part time with contracts that varies between 8 hours and 24 hours per week.

So what will you be doing

• Delivering a top class and tailored commentary and service experience to every guest.
• Demonstrating gaming product knowledgeand providing audible commentary to inform players of the progress of the game and enable surveillance to monitor all chip and cash transactions.
• Develops an ability to deliver learn to play sessions
• Full responsibility for the operation of assigned Gaming table
• Ensuring gaming transactions completed and recorded accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Ensuring table transactions are properly accounted for through the accurate and transparent reconciliation of fundsand monitoring float levels.
• Maintaining game protection through managing and reporting suspicious aggressive and major play action in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrating knowledge of rules processes and gaming equipment functionality
• Rating and recording of customer activity and cash drop
• Lead by example in the confident and appropriate resolution of player disputes in line with company policies.
