WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We are looking for an SAP Systems Analyst to join the Operational Applications team on a full-time basis. You’ll play a key role in driving improvements across business-critical applications including SAP S / 4HANA, SAP FSM, Ariba, Ortec and Paragon.

Your responsibilities will include :

Collaborating with technical and business teams to design effective system solutions

Supporting system changes, enhancements, and upgrades

Assisting in root cause analysis of recurring issues

Ensuring a smooth transition from change to business-as-usual

Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

Solid experience working with SAP systems in modules like Finance, Logistics, FSM or Engineering

Proven analytics and trouble shooting skills

Experience delivering changes and updates in SAP environments

Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience with third-party vendors and outsourced support models is desirable

Familiarity with ITIL and workshop facilitation is a plus
