Working Hours : Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM | Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PMJob Description : We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Coil Assembly Technician to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company renowned for its high-quality components and precision engineering.As a Precision Coil Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring each task is completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coil winding, forming, insulating stacks, loading coils, and performing soldering and brazing tasks.Key Responsibilities : Perform coil winding with precision and accuracyForm and insulate stacks following detailed specificationsLoad coils onto assembliesConduct soldering and brazing as requiredUtilize small tools to complete delicate assembly tasks with precisionSkills & Experience Required : Previous experience in assembling small components in a manufacturing or engineering environmentCoil winding experience is an advantage, but not essentialProficiency in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, standard pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, and other precision instrumentsExcellent attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on roleHow to Apply : If this opportunity interests you, please contact Georgie Dymock on (phone number removed) or send your CV to
