We are recruiting for an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef / Head Chef to join the kitchen team of an exciting restaurant opening located in the heart of Shoreditch, London. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of London’s most exciting Michelin star company group known for its reputation and accolades.
What’s on offer :
Salary up to £60,00 per annum (according to experience)
New opening – looking to push for 1
Modern mediterranean and Spanish cuisine with an emphasis on open-fire cooking, in-house butchery, dry-aged meats, and line-caught seafood
Up to 100 covers per service – lunch and dinner
2 double shifts, 3 single shifts

Ideal Candidate Profile :
We’re looking for a driven and passionate Pastry Sous / head Chef with a consistent background in Michelin-starred or AA Rosette restaurants. You must have a keen eye for detail, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and manage other chefs. A love for Mediterranean desserts and innovative cooking techniques is essential. Ideally basic knowledge in all areas of pastry : lamination, chocolate tempering, fermentation, etc.
