Job description

Territory Manager – Dental Medical Devices

Field-based, UK (travel required)

We’re actively recruiting Territory Managers and Field Sales Executives on behalf of leading dental manufacturers and suppliers across the UK.

These are exciting opportunities for both experienced sales professionals and commercially driven clinical professionals who thrive in healthcare environments and are confident engaging with dental teams, delivering product support, and driving territory growth.

What you'll be doing :

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with dental clinicians and practice teams
  • Conducting in-practice product demonstrations and delivering technical support
  • Driving new business while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Representing products at clinical events, trade shows, and workshops
  • Tracking activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools
  • Collaborating effectively with the wider sales and marketing team

What you’ll bring :

  • Background in either dental / medical device sales or a clinical role (e.g. dental nurse, hygienist, therapist) with strong commercial instincts
  • Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and supporting in-practice solutions
  • Ability to deliver effective product demos and communicate clinical value clearly
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working to commercial targets and managing a territory
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
