A well known local employer with an excellent reputation for training and progression, you will be working within one of the mid-sized divisions of a nationwide manufacturer.

Your new role

Focussed on the site management accounts, you will play a large part in business partnering and analysis and will be responsible for supporting key functions in their drive to improve performance and margins. Your responsibilities will also include :

• Production of accurate and timely weekly and monthly management accounts
• Preparation and management of weekly variance analysis
• Training, development and management of the management accounts team
• Involved in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Maintenance of the standard costing system and processes

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified accountant or an active studier with previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing organisation where you will have been focused on site costs / analysis. You will be confident in nature but considered in your approach to business partnering and able to work well with various team members and stakeholders.
