Our client is a leading player in the Plant Repair and Maintenance sector is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join team.About the Role : As a Mechanical Plant Fitter, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy plant and machinery. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including regular maintenance work, workshop repairs, and responding to breakdown call-outs. Your expertise will keep our operations running efficiently, minimising downtime and ensuring safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities :

• Maintenance : Perform regular on site or workshop maintenance on a wide range of heavy plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Repairs : Carry out workshop repairs, including diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults.
• Breakdown Response : Attend to breakdowns swiftly and effectively, reducing downtime and keeping operations on track.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure all work is conducted in line with company safety policies and procedures.
