Are you a merchandising enthusiast looking to join a supportive and growing SME business that works with lifestyle brands? We are looking for an Amazon Lead to join our central Bristol office, on a part-time, permanent basis, who shares our passion for our business, eCommerce and the brands that we work with.

Amazon Marketplace experience is not necessary for this role, just a background in merchandising or eCommerce Planning. If you do have Amazon experience, then that is a bonus!

About the role- Amazon Lead

Reporting into our eCommerce Planning Manager, you will be working alongside the dedicated Amazon team to ensure optimal product visibility, stock management, and trade execution across Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. You will also be maintaining product listings, optimising content, and providing regular performance reports to clients.

The main responsibilities for our Amazon Lead role include but are not limited to :

  • Client reporting & KPI management- primary point of contact for clients, regular KPI reporting, reviewing data trends to provide insights to clients
  • Stock & inventory management
  • Amazon trade plan execution- develop and implement the trade plan, promotional activities and ensure alignment with broader eCommerce promotional calendars
  • Product listing & content management
  • Cross-functional collaboration- work closely with the Amazon advertising team, liaise with warehouse and fulfilment teams, collaborate with marketing and creative teams

What we offer :

  • A starting salary of £34,000-£39,999 (pro-rata)
  • 18.75 hour working week, full days Monday and Tuesday, additional half day we can be flexible on when this is worked
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
  • 1 paid day off for volunteering per year
  • 2 wellbeing days per year (one every 6 months) to be used when you need time to look after yourself, no questions asked (pro-rata)

  • The ideal Amazon Lead will have good working knowledge of merchandising or eCommerce planning and experience working with large data sets. You will have strong Excel skills to include VLOOKUP, complex concatenation and IF statements. Previous Amazon Marketplace experience would be a bonus. Being passionate about our Company values and the brands that we work with is a must! Perhaps you might have experience as an Assistant Merchandiser, Junior Merchandiser, eCommerce Planning Executive, Online Website Merchandiser, Amazon Merchandiser or Amazon Marketplace Manager.
