    Job Description

    As the Payroll / Office Administrator you will be responsible for :

    • Manage and execute all payroll operations within the department.
    • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
    • Perform office administrative duties efficiently.
    • Assist with financial reports as required.
    • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
    • Coordinate with HR team to ensure all employee data is accurate.
    • Stay updated with current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws.
    • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.

      A successful Payroll / Office Administrator should have done some or all of the above responsibilities.
