The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, effective communication, and the recruiting process.Qualifications

• Experience in Graduate Recruitment, Interviewing, and Consulting
• Strong communication skills
• Cold calling Experience
• Ability to effectively recruit and match candidates
• Experience in the recruitment industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Stable and good internet connectionWork Details :
• 9AM Till 6PM shift (1 hour break included)
• 5 days a week
• 10% Commission per new contract signed
• Fully Remote
