Cedar are seeking an experienced HR Consultant with strong Oracle Fusion HCM design expertise to support our clients HR transformation initiatives and support a wider programme implementation. The ideal candidate will take the lead in designing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring they align with organisational goals and HR best practices. This is a 6 month contract position with a view to extend, offers hybrid working and will report into the HR Director, based in Central London.Key Responsibilities : Lead the functional design and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, and others as required.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into system design specifications.Work closely with the selected system integrator, providing support as well critical analysis of design.Carry out system configuration, testing, validation, and issue resolution.Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Fusion HCM best practice and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.Produce functional documentation, including design specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system security across the HCM platform.
Person Specification :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.Minimum of 5 years' experience working with HR systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion HCM.Demonstrable experience in designing and deploying Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment practices.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) desirable.If you are an Oracle HCM specialist looking for an exciting role please apply.
