Are you passionate about HR and eager to make an impact in a fastmoving and forward-thinking business.  We have a fantasticopportunity for a Junior People Partner to join our team,supporting our Supply Chain Centre HR Business Partner.

This is a newly created role, offering youthe chance to shape and develop the role as you see fit.  Therole is field based, meaning you will at times be required totravel to one of our five sites across the UK & Ireland. Your role will require you to collaborate with the HR PeoplePartner to support our Supply Chain operations, drive HRinitiatives and projects that will help to enhance employeeengagement and productivity whilst providing proactive solutions toHR-related challenges.

What are we lookingfor :

• Experience leading projects and coordinating projectactivities, so great communication skills and the ability to buildstrong stakeholder relationships is a must
• Experience working on Change programmes and new siteopenings would be beneficial
• Highly organised with strong problem-solvingskills
