Responsibilities

  • M&A & Corporate Transactions : Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and business sales, can handle masters through out from engagement stage to
  • Completion.Commercial Contracts & NDAs : Drafting and negotiating business agreements and confidentiality agreements
  • Shareholder Agreements, AoA : partnership agreement, investments, and shareholder arrangements.

    • T he ideal candidate will :

  • 2-5 years PQE
  • Extensive knowledge with corporate and commercial matters
  • Manage own caseload
  • Possess excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
