Introducing hyble!

Things move quickly at hyble! We're a team of passionate individuals who love what we do and are always striving for the best. If you're looking for a company that values your contributions and offers exciting challenges, this might be the place for you.

We're a fast-growing marketing technology company serving customers in over 50 countries.

Just six years ago, we were a tight-knit team of 12 crammed into a tiny office in a start-up incubator. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into a dynamic team of over 90 passionate individuals spanning three continents partnering with some of the world's biggest alcoholic beverage brands.

Right now, we’re expanding rapidly into North America as a result of signing a transformational contract with the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the USA, who also happens to be the 11th biggest privately owned company in the US.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to create a lasting positive impact by disrupting a traditional industry that’s operated the same way for over 50 years.

It blows our minds that sales reps have to spend weeks creating something as simple as a poster. And we’re horrified by the amount of obsolete Point of Sale we see being sent to landfill. So, we're on a mission to solve these issues once and for all.

Our technology platform “Hyble” empowers sales reps in the beverage industry to create on-demand marketing materials that are both brand-compliant and tailored for the specific account. Combined with our enterprise services, which enable the change management process and our cloud printing model that enables rapid turnaround print, we have a game-changing solution that the market is screaming out for.

This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

What   it's really like to work here

Working with us is a long way from your average job – it's a unique opportunity to collaborate with brilliant people and be part of what could be the most significant chapter of your professional life.  It's where you can realize your full potential, take responsibility, and make a huge impact.

Here's a glimpse of what it's really like to be a part of Hyble :

Fast-Paced : Our growth is lightning-fast, and the to-do list is never-ending.

Continuous Innovation : We're constantly building and improving our product, systems, and processes. We’re never done.

Starting from Scratch : We're building supply chains, teams, processes, and systems from the ground up.

Rapid Expansion : Our organization chart gets a makeover every 30 days as we add new people, teams, and capabilities.

Resourceful : We’ve got the backing of big-name investors but capital efficiency is in our DNA so we’re mindful of every dollar, euro, or pound spent.

Global Reach : We work across multiple time zones – we've got customers all over the world.

Versatility : We wear many hats and take on tasks that go way beyond our job descriptions.

Dynamic Environment : We’re in the “messy middle” of the scaling journey so things can get a bit messy and chaotic at times.

Rewarding : But above all, it's incredibly rewarding, engaging, energetic, exciting, and a lot of fun.

Who we’re looking for;

We’re looking for passionate, innovative thinkers—those who see things differently and are excited by the opportunity to tackle real challenges. We want people who are eager to push boundaries, embrace learning every day, and are motivated to help us build something truly impactful.

Above all, we’re looking for individuals who embody our values :

“We’re a Team”

“We’re Humble”

"We’re Resilient”

"Be Yourself”

Our work ethic at Hyble

Our values drive our work ethic. We are looking for people who operate this way as a default setting.

Commitment : We're fully committed to our vision, goals and each other.

Hands-On : We're not afraid to get our hands dirty.

Team-First : We believe in collaboration. We prioritise the team’s collective success over individual interests, with respect for each person’s contribution.

Hard Work : We’re dedicated to delivering our very best, ready to go above and beyond when needed, without compromising personal well-being.

Responsible : We treat company resources like they're our own.

Progress, not perfection : We focus on progress and results, not perfection. We make steady gains each day and work to find efficient, sustainable approaches to achieve our goals.

Accountability : We take ownership and responsibility for our work, supporting each other to learn from mistakes and achieve success together.

Ambitious : We’re driven to make a big impact.

Initiative : We try to see around corners, spot opportunities, and find innovative solutions to challenges.

Growth Mindset : Sometimes we don't get it right, and that's fine, so we like to take learnings from these to help empower and better the team. We’re always learning.

Challenge Convention : We question the status quo, always considering new and better ways to move forward.

Empathy : We deeply care about and respect our colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

If this resonates with you, then read on to discover more about the role you could play in our journey.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at hyble, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful features and technical improvements, working on front-end and / or back-end systems to shape our products and architecture. Although this role is primarily back-end focussed, we encourage contributing across the whole stack, helping us deliver the most value to our users.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and engineering teams to create and optimize solutions that align with our technical vision. You’ll contribute to defining and building scalable, maintainable architecture, with a .NET Core back-end focus.

If you’re passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex technical problems, we’d love for you to apply. Join us in transforming our product and internal tooling with high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.

What your responsibilities will be :

Feature Development

Own and deliver major features or components, ensuring high-quality execution from conception to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features for our user-facing products and internal tools.

Build high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions using .NET Core and / or React / TypeScript.

Architectural Influence

Shape and enhance our system architecture to support future growth, performance, and scalability.

Contribute to long-term technical direction and system design, making thoughtful decisions about trade-offs.

Prototyping and Innovation

Identify and reduce technical debt, ensuring maintainability and scalability of the codebase.

Prototype and develop innovative solutions that enhance our platform, demonstrating new features or technical capabilities.

Advocate for continuous improvement in engineering practices and process.

Code Quality and Optimization

Drive improvements in performance, security, and reliability across the stack.

Debug, optimize, and fine-tune full-stack solutions to ensure robust performance and responsiveness.

Implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and quality assurance.

Mentorship & Collaboration

Act as a mentor, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and problem-solving, and actively participate in upskilling engineers of all experience levels.

Collaborate across teams, working closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to define and implement solutions.

What you’ll bring

Back End Technical Expertise : Strong experience with .NET back-end technologies (.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework).

System Design : Ability to design and implement complex systems with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaboration Skills : Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.

Problem-Solving Ability : Combine creativity with a pragmatic approach to solving real-world problems, delivering exceptional user experiences.

Excellent Communication : Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Agile Experience : Familiar with Agile software development practices and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Commitment to Learning : Desire to grow professionally, with opportunities for ongoing training and educational development.

Nice to haves

Full-Stack Expertise : in particular - knowledge of Python, and front-end technologies (React, Typescript).

Cloud Expertise : Much of our infrastructure is hosted on Azure with some data storage on AWS. Experience of either of these platforms would be good.

Node : Used by some of our legacy services.

SQL / Databases : We leverage Entity Framework heavily, but knowledge of how databases work under the hood is helpful when troubleshooting performance issues.

Utilising LLMs : Hands-on experience with calling and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications, or personal projects demonstrating an understanding of techniques such as RAG, MCP and prompt engineering.

The knowledge and skills we have listed represent “the perfect candidate.” No one’s perfect and we know the ‘confidence gap’ can stop brilliant people applying. If you love the sound of this opportunity please apply, we would love to hear from you.

You could belong here;

To deliver brilliant marketing to Hyble’s global drinks suppliers and their customers, we need to build a company that’s reflective of their diversity.  We’re building an inclusive workplace that promotes and values difference, where everyone, from any background, can do their best work and be proud to belong.

What we’ll offer

As well as your salary;

Pension . A combined contribution of up 12% of your salary for your future.

Reward and Recognition. A bonus scheme based on company performance, with regular recognition along the way.

Holidays . 33 days including public holidays, with options to buy or sell extra days.

Giving back. 2 paid days leave to support a charity of your choice

Health Days. 2 full days or 4 half days to take when you need to refuel and recharge.

Collaboration opportunities . Flexibility to work remotely, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to our culture.

Grow with us . You'll have opportunities to develop your career in a high pace technology company as part of a great team.

Personal Investment . We'll invest in your personal development and give you regular feedback.
