An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the teamat Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill - Mayfair , part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.
Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Mayfair is an all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair in London.
Taking inspiration from American grills Steakhouse, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill offers a menu that delivers on flavour-with signature prime cuts of rare breed steaks in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
What you do as a Chef de Partie :
- Expected to run a section, taking responsibility for the effective execution of all dishes in the section and ensuring consistent presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Be able to develop the more junior members of the brigade, taking pride in passing on knowledge and effectively supervising the chefs.
