We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing Newcastle based team. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects across the residential and commercial sectors, including acquisition surveys, defect inspections, dilapidations, and project work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct residential and commercial property acquisition surveys
- Prepare schedules of dilapidations and conditions
- Manage projects, including scheduling works and tendering
- Write detailed and accurate reports
- Communicate effectively with clients and advise on defects and repairs
- Work with a range of building styles, including listed buildings
