Role : Hire Desk ManagerLocation : Weston Super MareSalary : c£38,000Job Purpose : As a Hire Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Hire Desks to ensure that my client are delivering an excellent service to the customer and increasing sales revenue. Managing a team of Hire Controllers, you will motivate and develop the team to create a customer-focused approach within their role in this fast-paced environment. You are the crucial link between their clients, the transport division and their Service & Repair team to ensure that the right equipment is available and delivered to customer sites on time, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
