Job Description
Commoditas is partnering with one of the biggest growing international energy traders based in central London.
This critical role involves maintaining and protecting the production environment of their advanced energy trading and risk systems including Openlink Endur EOS Credit Cube and Datagenic.
Join a dynamic team and ensure these systems operate seamlessly to meet business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for ITmanaged applications to investigate and resolve production issues.
- Log and manage incidents through to resolution ensuring proactive communication and regular reporting to end users.
- Escalate issues to thirdline support (internal and external) and ensure their resolution.
- Understand and meet the service level agreements (SLAs) for each system.
- Manage releases and changes ensuring they are documented and have sufficient rollback plans.
- Develop infrastructure processes and procedures to enhance production support quality.
- Ensure new software support is clearly defined and adequately handed over from delivery projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for resolving key software issues refining it continuously as the product integrates into production use.
- Manage endofday application processes.
- Enter approved master data into systems for specific applications following business approval.
- Provide support for disaster recovery environment failover when required.
