Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and grow business profitability both reactively and proactively to deliver set targets across both corporate and private events
- Exceptional level of customer service, exceeding client expectations
- Account manage a portfolio of clients and venues
- Produce detailed quotations and creative proposals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure CRM system is updated regularly
- Carry out site visits with client and venue manager
- Plan and deliver client tastings
- Liaise with Head Chef on creative briefs and bespoke menu requests
- Act as client liaison on site at events, communicating between operations team, client and venue
- Post event debrief
