Accounts Assistant – Real Estate

We are looking for a permanent Accounts Assistant for a London based Real Estate firm.

Absolute Recruit is working with a pan-European commercial real estate business. Following continued growth, they are looking for a driven Accounts Assistant to join the team in their central London office.

The Accounts Assistant will report directly to a divisional Financial Controller and will be working within a team of 5. This role will suit a motivated candidate who communicates well and can effective business partner with key stakeholders. The individual will suit someone ambitious who wants to progress within their finance career.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Uploading invoices into the purchase ledger
• Processing payment runs
• Uploading payments to banking systems
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconciling monthly corporate expenses
• Assisting with posting journals to accounting software
• Assisting accountants with the preparation of management accounts
• Assist with any ad hoc requests
