Evolve are partnering with a blue chip pharmaceutical organisation who are currently searching for a Contracts Team Leader to join their Sales and Marketing team. The Contracts Team leader will manage the tendered and contracted business elements of their product portfolio and will line manage a team of Contract Co-Ordinators and Bid Writers.This is a full time position based at their head office in the North West.What’s on offer?Salary & Benefits : Up to £38,000 basic salary plus £8k bonus, pension, role specific tailored training and development plan plus more!Ideal Requirements for a Contracts Team Leader
- Must have previous experience of managing Bid Writers.
- Experience of managing complex public sector tenders, preferably NHS but other industries will be considered.Role Responsibilities for a Contracts Team Leader
- Manage a team of Associate Contracts Co-ordinators, Contracts Co-ordinators and Bid Writers.
- Ensure a high standard and consistent approach is taken with all tenders to improve tender success.
