Job Title : French Speaking Business Advisor

Location : Lichfield (hybrid)

Salary : £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Contract : Permanent

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Business Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, helping prospective franchisees embark on their journey to success. This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to work in a thriving environment with significant career progression potential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow-up on leads generated primarily through social media channels to identify potential franchisees.
  • Screen potential candidates over the phone to ensure they are a suitable fit for setting up their own business.
  • Provide support throughout the franchisee journey , including contract generation, financial advice, and logistics related to product offerings.
  • Maintain strong communication with prospective candidates, guiding them through every stage of the process.
  • Manage a high volume of calls , so a professional and clear telephone manner is essential.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Native French speaker is essential for this role.
  • A background in banking, insurance, or legal is highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Ability to travel regularly to Lichfield for in-office days (hybrid working arrangement).
  • Motivated and hardworking with a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment is a plus.
