Position Overview : We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care, possess strong clinical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates delivery of clinical care to residents and Home Care clients ensuring holistic care and wellbeing of residents.
• Provide medication management including ensuring valid medication orders, medication administration, PRN and monitoring, ensuring compliance with storage of medications such as scheduled drugs
• Provide wound care management including wound assessment, attending dressings, reviews, and evaluations to ensure optimal wound healing
• Assess and respond with an appropriate pain management approach to ensure residents are as pain-free as possible.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
