Job Title : Fully Qualified Secondary Teachers - Join Aspire People! Location : Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary : £140 - £225 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type : Full-time, Part-time, and Day-to-Day Supply Contract Length : Day-to-Day Supply, Short Term Cover, Long Term Cover, and Permanent Start Date : Immediate and September 2025 Starts Available About the Role : At Aspire People, we work with a wide network of secondary schools across Northampton and the surrounding areas. You'll have the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you-be it long-term roles, short-term supply, or day-to-day cover, or permanent roles. Subjects in high demand include :

• English
• Mathematics
• Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
• MFL (French, Spanish, German)
• DT and ICT
• All subjects will be welcomed! What We're Looking For :
• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (minimum 6 months)
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
