Assembly Operatives

Day Shift, Temporary to Permanent

11.44 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Elland based client to recruit a number of Assembly Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis.

These are fantastic opportunities to join a well-established company who are a leader in their field of expertise. We are looking for reliable, committed and hardworking Assembly Operatives who are looking to secure a permanent role.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Setting up and operating assembly machines to produce quality components and products
  • Following specific instructions and guidelines
  • Working as part of a team across 3 cells within the factory (full training given)
  • Inspecting the components and final products to ensure product quality
  • Operating machinery and equipment in the assembly process (full training given)

Person Specification :

  • Previous assembly experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • A positive attitude and commitment to long-term employment
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to support other team members
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • A good level of physical fitness to perform heavy lifting on a daily basis

    • This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm and Friday, 7am to 12 Noon. These will become permanent roles for the right candidates.
