Role : Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

Location : Remote (UK, Must be UK Resident)

Salary : up to £85,000, plus benefits

• Make smart architectural decisions for scale & performance
• Improve developer experience, testing, and stability
• Mentor and support other engineers

Rails at the core, with modern frontend tools, relational databases, and cloud-based CI / CD. They value clean code, pragmatic decisions, and building for the long term.
