We are currently looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join our growing team as our Reddish Valuer. This full-time permanent role is perfect for someone with a passion for property who is eager to earn in a patch with an established market presence.

In the role of a Property Valuer at Edward Mellor your sole focus will be on winning new business, you will :

Conduct Market Appraisals demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the local property market

Self-Generate new business using our extensive database, other supporting programs, tools, on and off market targeting and engaging with the community

Effectively communicate with customers, understanding their needs to help fully service them

Identify additional services, such as mortgages, conveyancing, auction and survey

Create a professional property listing including measure ups, photos, 360 tours and videos

Work within the branch and wider-branch network teams to grow market share

Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering and Material Information regulations

The role will be based within a branch within your local area (Tameside, Greater Manchester).

Hours of work are from 9am-5 : 30pm Monday to Thursday, 8 : 30am-5pm Friday. Every other Saturday 9-1pm.

Due to the nature of the Valuer role, a current clean driving licence with a car / access to a car for business use is essential, we cannot accept any candidates without this.
