Job descriptionMechanical inspection experience essential. Good understanding of Mechanical components. Good understanding of machining process. Must be able to use manual inspection equipment. A good level of computer literacy, including Word and Excel to enable operation of QA IT systems.
Our client is a leading, wellestablished and respected manufacturing business.
Due to new procedures in the company, they have an opportunity for a QualityInspector.
Duties :
- Quality inspection of mechanical components using conventional inspection equipment for the motorsport & aerospace industries.
- Raise Inspection Reports when a part is wrong and follow up the issue
- Inspect parts following the factory priorities
- Inspect 1st offs from machine shop
- Carry out problem solving and provide technical advice, as required, to the shop floor.
