A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a UK known manufacturer in the Newton Abbot Area!

Role & Responsibilities :
- Supervise the performance or the production line and supervising the team of 12 engineers ensuring all KPIs are met
- Write and implement production schedules, plans and strategies in line with the companies KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring all staff in your team
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed correctly following all health and safety measures and protocols
- Promote all continuous improvement initiatives
