We are looking for healthcare assistants to assist in the direct care of all aspects of a client’s assessed needs
Complete any training that is givenCarefully read the care plan and be aware of an individual’s needs. Care plans and visit details are reviewed on the app, so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the best possible supportCorrectly and honestly write and complete reportsWork one shift every other weekendProvide emotional and social supportUphold dignity, respect, independence, and confidentialityAssist in personal care such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication etc…Assist in nutrition / hydration needs, such as preparing meals and drinks; assisting those unable to feed themselves; ensuring each client received the meals / diets they have requested / are suitable for their needsAssist with mobility difficulties, including the appropriate use of equipment such as hoist and standing aidsEnsure Community Lifeline runs smoothly by clearly communicating and liaising with the appropriate office staff regarding your attendance, travelling, and responsibilitiesBenefits :
