Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally in client-facing roles

Strong communication skills, including over the phone

Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to growth

Ambitious and resilient with a desire to build a long-term advisory career

Holding an EU passport is strongly favoured

Recruitment Process :

Initial call with our Head of Global Recruitment

Follow-up call with our Regional Director for Italy

Final stage : 4-day online assessment
