What you’ll be doing?
This Demi Chef de Partie role is perfect for someone who
loves the buzz of a busy morning service, works well under pressure, has great food
presentation and loves producing a satisfying breakfast for our guests.
35-40 hour a week contract - 6.30 / 7am to 2.30 / 3pm- over 5 days a week
What you’ll need?
will need to have basic cookery skills with either proven experience or a
Professional Cookery Level 2 / Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification;
with a pride in its delivery to the plate;
and your ability to work under pressure alongside being an excellent team
player, is every bit as important to us as your knife-handling skills.
