You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and nurturing customer relationships through effective outreach and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and research new sales opportunities across target industries

Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest

Develop relationships and manage early-stage prospecting activities

Schedule Discovery Calls for Key Account Managers / Technical Account Managers / Bid Manager

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise lead conversion rates

Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against KPIs

Stay up to date with company offerings and competitors to effectively position our solutions

Provide regular updates on pipeline and sales progress to senior leadership

Key Requirements :

1-3 years experience in a business development, sales, or lead-generation role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Confident phone manner and proactive attitude

Experience in high volume outreach through a multi-channel approach

Ability to work to targets and manage your own time effectively

Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is desirable

Passion for building relationships and a drive to grow within a fast-paced environment
