Position : Customer Service Administrator
Location : Dartford
Type : Permanent
Days : 5 days a week in the office (split across 2 sites in Dartford)
Hours : 7.30am-4.30pm (1 hour lunch)

My client is looking for a driven Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Dartford. Your days will fly by whilst you support loyal customers with product orders across a range of circa 6000 items.
This role involves :
Processing circa 50 orders per day through CRM systemSupporting your designated Account Manager to process all orders for their key account customersOverseeing the full order process including monitoring dispatchUpdating clients on orders and delivery datesAdvising on product range when items are out of stockCheck goods-in system to review incoming productsSupporting customers via both telephone and email and building excellent relationshipsOccasionally serving customers at the Trade counterTraining
To learn the business and all its operations, you will spend some time in different departments before starting your role. This will include :
Time in the warehouse learning the products by picking ordersTime in Transport learning how they route plan deliveries and understanding the challengesTime with printing to learn the process and understand lead times for your customersSome time with Internal Sales to learn how they win business and support key accounts1-2-1 training with Customer Service champion to learn the system and order processing stepsSkills and experience needed
Proven experience processing high volume orders across a large product rangeCollaborative worker able to support Sales and Account managers as well as managing own workloadExcellent client management skillsNext Steps
