Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Mechanical & Electrical Cyclical Contracts Manager –
• Position : M&E Engineer / Clerk of Works (Mechanically Biased)
• Qualifications : Suitably qualified to HNC / HTEC level, with Legionella Awareness Training
• Main Duties :

o Manage the L8 water hygiene contract

o Assist with fire safety maintenance

o Oversee the EICR cyclical testing program (including reviewing test certificates)

o Handle passenger lift, stairlift, and hoist servicing and maintenance

o Manage small projects and repairs

o Compliance systems (e.g., C365, Operance, Zetasafe)

o 2 to 3 days in the office

o Site visits for the remaining 2 days (hybrid arrangement)
