Customer Marketing Executive-Connect Fibre

At Connect Fibre, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionise and transform UK towns and villages by giving them super-fast, reliable fibre broadband.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Retention manager, you will support our customer marketing strategy by driving our highly segmented omni-channel marketing activities including Upsell, Engagement and Recontracting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, execute and analyse omni-channel campaigns end to end.
  • Create, manage and refine audience segmentation that drives accurate targeting and personalised communication.
  • Support new product launches across the business.
  • Brief visually appealing content and templates to our in-house design team and external agencies.
  • Optimise campaigns through A / B testing and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive customer adoption by supporting and executing consumer marketing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Telesales, Field sales and Customer service to ensure all areas of the business have visibility of marketing activity.
  • Analyse and report on the competitive landscape and industry.
  • Remain customer centric in everything you do delivers a customer focussed experience

The Candidate

  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience in Email Marketing / Content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM Systems (Hubspot preferred but not essential)
  • Keen focus on self guided learning and development
  • Articulate, with excellent grammar and spelling for the purposes of customer content across multiple channels (Email / SMS / Whatsapp / Blog)
  • Project Management skills and ability to multi-task whilst keeping to deadlines.
  • A confident communicator with influencing skills to effectively work with stakeholders.
  • Digitally-savvy, thrive on building relationships and customer campaigns.
  • A loyal and reliable team player.
  • Ability to think differently, outside the box and on your own initiative.

    Connect Fibre operates a hybrid working model with main emphasis on home working with occasional visits to company office locations. Candidates must be a UK resident with citizenship or indefinite leave to remain and are required to undertake a basic DBS check.
