Experience required…
Essential :
Extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schoolsProven track record of working on UK infrastructure projectsSignificant project and / or program management experience post-qualificationIn-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniquesProficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and / or Project ManagerStrong understanding of legislation affecting building contractsExcellent oral and written communication skillsMethodical approach to work and problem-solvingAbility to absorb and assess complex information quicklyStrong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numeracyAdvanced proficiency in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage team members effectivelyDesirable :
Membership in one of the following professional bodies is preferred or required :
