Experience required…

Essential :

  • Extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schools
  • Proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects
  • Significant project and / or program management experience post-qualification
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniques
  • Proficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and / or Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Methodical approach to work and problem-solving
  • Ability to absorb and assess complex information quickly
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numeracy
  • Advanced proficiency in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage team members effectively
  • Desirable :

    Membership in one of the following professional bodies is preferred or required :

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers)
  • MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)
