Mobile Plant Fitter

Mobile Plant Fitter - Permanent £30,000-£40,000, fully expensed company van & fuel card. Devon / Cornwall Sphere Solutions are working with one of the regions leading Groundworks & Civils subcontractors to recruit a Mobile Plant Fitter to service a large fleet of machines and plant on live construction sites. Sites are based across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset. Suitable candidates can live anywhere within these regions but there will be the occasion need to visit the company workshop in Cornwall. Duties will include :

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mobile plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and parts used.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working on-site.
• Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced staff as needed. Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. On offer :
• Salary ranging £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
